Four Moons Wine & Food Pairing

Congratulations to Executive Chef Charles Zeran and Pastry Chef Colleen Zeran on a fabulous array of culinary delights at the March 24th Food and Wine Pairing held at Buck Ridge Plantation. The food was amazing from start to finish. The Crab and fish - flown in fresh that afternoon - melted in your mouth. We moved on to a choice of either Duck or Fungus entree that was simply to die for. And, of course, no one can forget the ultimate dessert (should we say what it was?)- all you can say is delish!
The wines for the evening was brought to us by Advintage out of Charleston. Henry from Advintage and Ryan our Sommelier and Manager at Four Moons did a bang up job pairing each and every dish. The fact that you walked away with a better knowledge of food and wine was a pleasant extra to a wonderful evening.
Everyone walked away with a feeling of anticipation for the opening of the restaurant. We want to thank you for being a part of our great evening and wish all of you and your families a wonderful Spring time and we all look forward to the Summer.

Wow, I was there, it was amazing! The Chef's prepared food that not only tasted out of this world, but the presentation was incredible. The Sommelier really knows his wines, the pairings where exceptional! Who would think something like this could be in Orangeburg! I heard the opening will be at the end of May... I'm looking forward to making my reservations, I can't wait!

I can't even begin to tell you all how amazing this night was. The food that Chef Charles and Pastry Chef Colleen Zeran prepared for us was truly wonderful! The tastes and beautiful presentation were superb!
The wines picked from Ryan the Sommelier for that evening were absolutely great each pairing wonderfully with it's own course. Henry the gentleman from Advintage was great at teaching us a little about each selection. His staff took there time and came around answering any questions you had it was just wonderful.
I can't wait for Four Moons to open and taste the spectacular gourmet that they will be serving right here in Orangeburg.
Thanks so much for a great evening!
