The decor and vision of Four Moons matches the food and its presentation. I asked the mgr where did the staff come from and he stated they are local and have been training for only 4 weeks. You would not believe the service; you would swear your in NYC or LA! Why or how Orangeburg was blessed with such a piece of Art and sophistication, I do not know, but this place will be all over the food world as the new hype!
